Kids and Athletes

Our programs start as young as 6 years old,  with an emphasis on basic athletic coordination, body control, and movement quality.

Our program progresses with a series of middle school and high school specific strength, agility, and  speed /power training. The emphasis is on proper body control and movement quality but these advanced classes begin to add resistance training. Safety and proper form are our first priority. Once we have established a solid understanding of proper form, we crank up the INTENSITY.

We also offer private and small group college prep, summer training and more sport specific work.

Directions from W. Adams Ave: Pass through the intersection by Liberty Mart/Dickeys going towards the lake. Turn left into the gravel just past the Eagle Landing Main Entrance and Elite Autoworks. Continue straight and it will be on your left just past Trey's Collision.
