We can help you become bigger, stronger, faster, and more agile. No matter the goal, we can help you reach it. After a 1-on-1 assessment, we can help you determine what your goals should be, what obstacles could keep you from achieving your goals, and the best way to attack your goals. We aim to break down barriers and overcome limitations so that you can reach your full potential. We are all capable of much more than we realize.
OG is a strength-oriented community. We value strength and understand the role it plays in all facets of life whether you are a beginner or a skilled athlete. Strength is the number one limiting factor in aging well, and staying capable of all activities and daily functions. If you struggle to perform everyday tasks like going up stairs, getting up from a chair, or getting up or down off of the floor, being stronger will help you overcome these limitations. Making everyday tasks easier is the ultimate success!
The first precursor to strength is movement quality. Can you move well? Do you have the flexibility, mobility, and control to safely perform movements like a squat or a push up? If you don't, we need to gain that ability. If you do, we need to continue to display and practice that ability so that you keep the flexibility, mobility, and control long term.
Once you can move efficiently, we can begin to increase resistance.
